- Check-in / Check-out time
is 12:00 noon.
- Should there be any additional
taxes levied by the government, the same would be applicable
- This rate offer supersedes
all our previous correspondence.
- Payments shall be on direct
by cash or credit card. The credit facility shall be extended to the
companies who are on our credit list.
- The above said rates are not
valid for group bookings.
- Every room reservation given
must be backed with a confirmation number given by our reservations,
without which a booking cannot be considered as a guaranteed booking.
- One night’s retention plus
applicable taxes will be charged for all no shows and room cancellations
that have not intimated the Hotel reservation in writing 48 hrs prior
to the time of arrival.
- As per the Income tax law
TDS deduction is not applicable on Hotel billings.
